On the top of that Page there's a link for you to open a helpdesk ticket.
Please note that you need to login in your Matrix members account and not in the Matrix forum account. These are two separate accounts.

How to get the battle prediction box to appear in World at War A World Divided by Gary Grigsby? It was working fine then suddenly stopped. I tried different options menus but still can't figure it out. Download the game for free at
