Hey Erik [:)]

I've tried both the Euro and US store and the following pops up

We're Sorry.
Your order cannot be completed because either inaccurate or incomplete information was entered.

If you believe that we have mistakenly denied your request, please use your browser's "Back" button, re-enter your billing information, and try to submit your order again.

It is very important that the billing address you enter matches the billing address of your credit card. If you continue to have problems please wait 24 hours and try again.

(Error Number: 30024002 - 0)

I have ordered two games before via download and never encountered any problems at all...

U2,

Please e-mail me with your payment method and info at erikr@matrixgames.com so that I can try to go through the order with you. Thanks.

Ideally, send me a screenshot of the order page before you click submit and get this error (at least I presume that's when it happens).

Regards,

- Erik

If I were in Florida, I'd buy you a drink just as consolation for the weather you've been having! Glad you got the download working, let me know if you have any more problems.

Regards,

- Erik

This is the first week-end in over a month that I'm not dodging hurricanes.

Hey Erik,

Just to make sure we understand each other. You want me to send you my billing address (including creditard info) to you? If that is so please say "yes" and it is done....

Since my last post I have tried three more times and it just wont work...

U2,

Yes, I won't tell anyone what it is of course.

The problem is that I need to find out what's causing the issue for you. That's why the best thing would be a screenshot right before the error happens as I can then see what's in each field and test it out here as well.

Regards,

- Erik

umm if there is a generic solution, please let me/us know. I tried ordering and got the same error messages. I am using virtual CC's (for internet use) but remember having no trouble (or not much at least) ordering WiTP and Starshatter with virtual numbers.

I even had the virtual CC applet fill in the form, but still got the same error.

Soundhack,

Please e-mail me your info as well (or use a forum PM) and I'll cross-check to see if there's a connection. Have you tried any alternate payment methods to see if those work for you? I'm trying to narrow this down between address and card issues.

Regards,

- Erik

U2, Soundhack,

I will have to try to get an answer on this from DR in the morning. I haven't been able to find anything that should cause a problem, though I have some doubts regarding how it's handling your addresses. Stay tuned and we'll hopefully get you sorted out soon.

Regards,

- Erik

Pumba,

We went to Game on Demand without increasing the price over the older CD on Demand, so it will be the same. $9.99 for Game on Demand, which will include a full color DVD game box and a printed color CD inside.
So, you get the box and CD when ordering CD on Demand as of right now?

Thanks!

There hasn't been any official announcement yet, has there?

I don't dare to order the game yet, who knows what could happen...I'm just thinking about all the problems with the release of WitP.

I think there should be a Murphy's Law of ordering products from DR's Internet store! ;)

This is unbelievable! DR did it again! I mean, how difficult can it be to release a game online?! I've been buying products from online stores for years now, and never have I seen this kind of blundering before!

There's something seriously wrong with this system...I can't help but wonder whether it is safe to give my credit card info to this company or not. [&:]
