The reason I want your problems resolved isn't because I want to have the product I already purchased (although I do want it),but because I want you guys working on future projects I have yet to purchase!! I'm afraid I'll want all your products...

My new name and pasword are a no go too.
created new name, probably a mistake, but it was same name i use here and used to order, and it shows I have No orders?

I would say at a guess they have pulled the live copy of the order database offline while they work on it. (Quite a sensible move to maintain data integrity and it's what I would do in their place).

If that is the case, you will get nothing useful out of the online store until the announcement is made that existing orders are back on line.
