The time in Gmt is Midnight on Saturday the 14th, and 5pm on the 14th. I have posted that I will gladly and happily translate the time of the Chat to local time for anyone who needs the help. You and I can calculate Gmt, but there are many that were more confused by my use of GMT than Eastern.

Sven,
The rest of the world might go to imperial - after the US goes imperial. Not likely though. If American industry cannot handle conversion to metric, there is no way they could handle conversion to imperial.

Its hard for a slow-brain like me to keep up with EST and ESST...If I had a comparison chart between GMT and EST I would use it.
Ah, but then so many out there would still be in the dark.
So if I croak here on Saturday, I will have croaked in Australia on Sunday?
Hmmmmm

So Bill on that logic living in Australia lengthens your life.
A good tool I use for time conversions is

Well, once again all I can get after I type in my user name is "invalid user name". Friday the 13th indeed.
