Clearly, people will differ on the Suvarov thesis. After all, we live in a world where people still buy and believe what David Irving writes. I find myself persuaded on the issue by Glantz, who is, himself, the first to admit that Soviet histories are, at best, half-truths.

Nope Spain isn't. But you can do the next best thing, set Spain to have enemy status with the Alies instead of being neutral. This has the side effect of removing Gibralter from the game.
