So much for this issue. Luckily I was able to get the serial no. for WITP from Digital River's website (before I found the utility to get it directly for the game files). And NWS brought the fact that GGWAW's serial no. is right on the back of the cd sleeve to my attention. Don't need to be able to get the serial no.'s from the member's after all.

although i had already found them.
