Wild Bill you made me laugh. That does not happen often enough with me. My will power is giving in as the time for the company party/Matrix chat gets closer. I may need everyones support to get through the day. Gotta get back to work, will check in later. Dasvadanya

Great looking site, Glenn. You made a good choice.

Parusski, you could take a laptop to the party, but I think we would lose you somewhere in the crowd.

And what if a pretty lady sat on your lap?...a squashed laptop

Nah, you better meet with us. You'll stay out of trouble that way.

Doctor Mike, Household 6 RULES! Just ask 'em

One day, my good Italian friends, if God gives me life, I'm gonna make it there and we will have many war stories to share. I look forward to that day.

I also very much look forward to our meeting tonight.

See you then!

Wild Bill your wise ways continue to educate us all. I thought about going to the party with the laptop, but when I mentioned why to my co-workers all but one had a slack jawed look on their faces. So I will protect my laptop and be with you folks. Only a few hours to go.

Ok, guys, ground rules for the chat session: we'll proceed in alphabetical order for the first round of questions for Wild Bill. That way, everyone gets a turn. I'll be the moderator for the chat, so bear with me. After that, it's first come, first served. I'll be there to get opinions and questions about our meeting, but I know why most of you will be there. See you in an hour and 15 minutes.

Gentlemen,

Today is my first morning logging in for some time. The last 48 hrs have been a blur due to some very unfortunate things at work. Being one of the few green-suiters in my organization, guess who gets to pull the extra hours when the feces hits the fan...

Can anyone summarize the chat?

I'll check the website for the convention center (I assume that is what I saw in an earlier post). I'm sure that Glenn has done us well.

I'll have to get more details about WB's laptop adventures...

Mike

Mike, I moderated the chat and we had a decent turnout. Bill gave some of the elements of the new MC:Watchtower, and we settled on the convention date as the weekend of May 3-5, 2002. Bill has given his commitment, so I trust he will show to meet with his supporters. The website I gave IS where we will have our meeting. The next months will be spent getting all the details worked out. I'll remind all of you guys right now, WE are going to be footing the bill, so please post your intentions either via this forum or by private message. I need ALL of you to help make this convention a reality. Thanks in advance, Glenn Higginbotham. BTW, I'm also gonna have to develop some sort of plan for collecting registration fees, so I'll work on that. I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys, so let's start building the event.
