Though I doubt this test says very much about anyone taking it. And what is the difference between Guts and Ruthlessness? Or Wisdom and Tactics for that matter?

Did Grant have guts because he took lots of casualties? Or was that ruthlessness? Did he have no guts because he could not eat red meat? or no ruthlessness?

And how much do we really know about Tarelton?

While I might be just as well wrong, this might give you an example of the difference between Guts and Ruthlessness:

Take the first question regarding running into a vietnamese patrol that surrenders while you are on an important mission behind enemy lines. If you answer 'kill them' then it will always increase your 'Ruthlessness' rating. However, if you decide to continue with your mission, independent whether you kill them or not, it will up you 'Guts' rating.

As somebody already pointed out there are several questions where you wished for more options and for me this was one of them - 'Stop mission as the enemy will know that I am around no matter whether I kill them or not - might just take a little longer when I kill them.' [:'(]

Scipio beat Hannibal by luring him back from Western Europe (where he was crushing legion after legion of Roman soldiers trying to gain support from local tribes) by laying seige to his home country of Carthage. Hannibal returned to defend his home and was defeated at the Battle of Zama. Ruthless, but it worked.
