English food - I have to say I rarely eat what I would term as English food. Mainly Chinese, Indian, Thai, Mexican etc.

I actually did have fish and chips the other day but that was like the first time in a couple of years.

Out of interest what would you guys class as 'typical' English food?

swift - Don't people in your neck of the woods eat lots of sausage etc? Enough to pile on the pounds I would guess [;)]

I know some English food - I got exiled there due to my bad English marks ( in 1984 I think ), after that I had better marks, but I hated English food and fast food ( only alternative to eat something back than ).
The other parts of the UK are more or less ok. The year after my first exile I was in Torquay for 6 weeks. The following years I was in Scottland, Irland, US, and Canada. It did improve my English a bit - but my teachers really hated the idioms I used [:D]

Thats right bud I was in Vienna 2 years ago in July. Only for a couple of days. Loved the place. Am actually tempted to travel around that area again next summer. Me drink beer? No not me [;)]

hey Folks,
Could someone please tell me how to turn the 'boxes" on. I don't like the a/c graphics but can't figure it out. I'm hoping not using the plane graphics may help cut down on the constant CTDs I'm experiencing. thanks

here you go it is easy to do

once you click on end turn, the main screen will show up, click on this box to change the display type of the raids

this is what a raid looks like when it is plane icons

as you can see, there is a raid of B-17s, with some P-38s flying cover for them, a group of P-51 Bs has just about joined up with them

and this is the same raid at the same time with lines
