2 damaged Jap CAGs were exchanged against 1 Fighter/1Heavy Fleet damaged and 1 Figter/1 Light Fleet destroyed.
Japan gets control over Midway.

Western India has been fortified with english troops, eastern india therefore got reinforced with Japanese ground troops and some air-support.
But India is pretty much sealed as German troops arriving from the west.

(what production multiplier does US have right now? x2? my 18 PP looks so tiny against the 42PP from US...)

iirc, western india should be empty, u have probably push the defender in southern india to there but they should be unsupplied next turn.

not much from the GER this turn (Wi42) otherthan taking iran and southern persia.

having seen the JP making good progress in his navial action, the axis navy has given it a try in the alantic with a satisfactory result ...

as the GER scouts have identified 5 TB (with range 3, ASW 2), 4 infantry, 1 AA, several art in iceland, the high command is of the view that WA wants to make iceland a major ASW center. in order to stop it, the axis navy + wolf pack attack the WA supply line and managed to damaged 2 HF, 3 LF, 2 trp and destoryed 1LF and 2 trp w/o any loss. but the high command is surprise to see no CV among the fleet and is of the view that the CV may be heading straight to fight the might IJN ...

GER scouts also noticed the reinforcement of WA troopers in south africa and the wolfpack managed to damaged one and kill one trps in the indian ocean.

no land action this turn and suddenly the axis navy got all the spotlights!!

with Wise taking a leave, i have become the high command of both axis powers ...

with WA fortifing pearl harbour and there's not much valuable target to bomb (only one HF), IJN didnt attempt to do the third pearl harbour bombing.

in asia, the JP army have overrun the final resistance of WA troops in india. the whole india is in JP hands.

Russia's turn: Still no action but Germany is putting the final pieces in place. I doubt Germany even needs to make this attack as it looks like the Axis have enough to hit 70PP. They just need a turn or two to repair it all.

The instant replay was very shocking. The move guggy made to land at Iceland and make it a forward base has been totally blown apart. The Germans smashed every US ship in the area without a single loss. 4BB's with upped evasion and 6 subs at 4/4 did the job handily. My partner lost many capital ships in the Atlantic and with that I believe any hope of making something out of his staging area of Iceland. At the moment they are cut off and any attempt to return will just result in greater losses. At the moment Germany has total supremacy of the Atlantic.

Japan is in a sound position too. In a turn or two he should be somewhere between 24-26 production I would guess. The US does not at the moment has a decisive edge in fleet strength so my US partner probably could not do anything significant at the moment.

Once Germany and Japan repair the resources and factories they conquered they should hit 70PP. If not then after Barbarrosa for sure. So maybe I will get one turn in[:D]


Edit: I had just remembered that we are using 75PP for AV, so I guess I will get to play a little afterall.

finally, barbarossa!!

RUS has invested heavily on tech such that i met 9-10 tanks and 7-6 infantry, but short of quantity in the frontline (no diff from the starting status in sp40 in terms of the troopers in kiev) but RUS got 40+ infantry in total but only 6 tanks ...

my primary objectives were achieved, kharknov fell under the attack of 10 GER armor units ... a GER special task force has taken northern persia ...

not much action in JP the US pacific fleet (with 7 CVs) has pushed the IJN back to JP ...

most importantly, axis has 70 PP already ... lets see whether the allied can stop me ...

Ger make the final push in repairing the captured resources and factories and push the PP to 54, and JP follow suit and push its PP to 24 thats a total of 78 PP ... and Lebatron told me that i should have seen the AV screen if i have checked the AV option ... which i forgot ....

Yes a smashing victory for the Axis[X(] Its to bad it just ended as I didn't get to see any action. Other than replay action if you could call it that[:)]

Well it was interesting to see a Sealion pulled off so well.

Is this v1.070? Doesn't it check Axis AV at the end of the WA turn?

I know the mod could have changed this as well, I don't recall what FA does in this regard.

A few posts above I mentioned we were using 75PP. We started this game under 1.040 and just used the simple AV rules but changed the number from 70 to 75.
