I bought Shattered Union too and gah, it's a bit lame compared to DSVII. My review of Dai Senryaku VII at gamefaqs.com says that it is similar to Advance Wars only with Fog of War that actually works
I believe I cover all of the "numbers" of DS7 in my review so you can get some idea of how much more massive it is than SU or AW.

Uh-oh I guess I haven't been paying enough attention to all this XBOX stuff.
You see I promised my wife I'd get her one for X-MAS.
But I haven't pre-ordered anything...
What's my best bet for getting one before the end of the year???
I haven't bought a console since the original playstation. I had really wanted a PS2 but was able to hold off for the XBOX, which ended up not having any games at first that I even wanted and by the time I got around to thinking about it again... I decided to just wait for whichever the first next generation console would be, and buy that one instead.
Oddly.. That ends up just being a newer XBOX. Strange
