maybe i am missing something, but i can not seem to find the url that can be use for downloading the bryank's historical players mod. can anyone help? thank you in advance

If someone can get these files to me I can get them on my webhost for downloading.

I think this file was created for last year's version.   I have no idea if it would even work for 2007.

The facepack would be 99% accurate if used with 2007. Further, I've updated the database that shipped with PS2007 such that the facepack would work 100%, but I never released the file. I don't have access to the computer right now, but I can recreate it if there's interest.

As a word of caution, Shaun has been making modifications to the database with the updated releases in 2007. That means that the database, if released, could become obselete.

I'm happy to upload the facepack part of the mod to anyone willing to host. Just PM me about how you'd like me to transfer the file; it's ~100 MB.
