pfff....a working vacation that was....ask the GF unit....she's still pissed about my running tests for the patch that coincided with the "vacation" The laptop almost ended up in the pool.

I was, but I am back. I will convert the scenario soon, but first I want to finish the latest version of my map. When that is done I will convert this scenario.

Important note:

users will want to redownload the mod(s) from Spooky's site as several small corrections have been introduced. I didn't bother renumbering the version this time out.

Corrections:

- P-51D DUR was not altered from stock - Fixed

- Martlett II availability was different in scenario 13 than stock version of the Grand Campaign (scn 15) causing it to be avail in 12/42 when the 42A scenario mod has it deployed on carriers in 5/42. Result was no replacements for the UK carriers armed with this plane type. - Fixed

- TBD DUR not in sync for both scenarios. - Fixed

Please forgive me nick -but some silly questions

having never ever modded a game, or anything like that,
whats the rocedure?
how does it effect my stock games
how install?, do i have to install game again under another directory, yadda, yadda -i have not a clue type questions?

Like the sound of your mods very much

For owners of the player version of the OOB, you simply make your changes in the database editor and save it into an empty scenario slot. Whichever slot number you save it in, you'll need to copy the cam0##.dat file of the scenario number you modified and rename the file to the number of the slot your saving too. example: You load and alter scen 15 and save it as scen 50. You need to copy the cam015.dat file and rename it cam050.dat. The cam file contains all the map/base data for the game.

It won't affect your stock games as saved games contain all their data in the save game file, + by saving the modded file into a new slot will preserve your stock scn.

There's nothing to install. You just copy your template scenario (usually scn 15) to a new unused slot and hammer away with the changes you want to make.

Sorry to announce, yet again. Users of the mod will want to download again off Spooky's site (i am still resisting yet more numbering increments....but i'm getting close) consider it version 5.02

Errata: (latest correction in bold)

can you fix these HQs in scenario#45. They are wrong in the standard scenarios.

Based on their delay date they are suppose to start on the map but because they are given no location, they never appear.
If too involved finding actual location, please bump the delay date to after the scenario starts so that they will show up as reinforcements.

Location ID: 136 (7th Air Force) - no location set at start of scenario
Location ID: 137 (10th Air Force) - no location set at start of scenario
Location ID: 138 (11th Air Force) - no location set at start of scenario
Location ID: 145 (223 Group RAF) - no location set at start of scenario
Location ID: 146 (224 Group RAF) - no location set at start of scenario
Location ID: 147 (225 Group RAF) - no location set at start of scenario
Location ID: 159 (US III Corps) - no location set at start of scenario
Location ID: 160 (US IX Corps) - no location set at start of scenario
