Good idea - I can't find it, though I did find an updated Harpoon"3" on the Naval Warfare page, I would prefer to go with the tried and true Classic Harpoon.

It's not a url. It's usenet, a newsgroup. Go to comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.naval. The head of the development has been posting there. He said it will be ready in about a month and will be marketed from the naval web site. It should be about $30.
