Yea, PureSim is using a component that those other programs are not. I know it is related to something on that machine though. Can you try using the beta patch on the offending machine? Hopefully we'll get a more verbose error message which you can email to me at

What OS are you running on that Machine? Do you have Microsoft Office Installed? If so, could you re-install it?

Windows XP.
Not sure if I can reinstall Office, since it came with the computer when I bought it in 2001, but will check for disks.
