That is not the same - wild_Willie2 showed us 6/42 upgrade...
Right - this was supposed to be from the stock/standard/non-modded game...

Pretty sure that's 8 torps total, not 8 for each tube.
Four in the four tubes, plus a set of four reloads (although not sure the Wakatakes actually shipped spares).
Well, unless Nik does it different: in Submarines, it is the current fish in tubes plus reloads, and i would think it was the same for DDs. For instance - an S-boat on mine runs has ammo listed as 1 - just the fish in the tubes.
