It is there, but the links are bad right now. If you try to download and get an error message that it the file or whatever wasn't found, try deleting the '.' character between the 3 and the 0 and it will work. It is
ftp://216.200.126.155/pub/WarInRussia/W ... 30-DOS.zip for the Dos file, and
ftp://216.200.126.155/pub/WarInRussia/W ... 30-WIN.exe for WIN install. I would guess this will be fixed at any time, but for now this will work.

By the way the link to the WIN version is broke.

it is

The . is not in the file name

I have corrected the error... Sorry my stupid machine locked before I could try the links out. All is fixed and ready to go.
