TOAW III forces you to save the game, when you leave a PBEM game. It still saves as a .SAL file, but you can't exit the PBEM without saving, unless it has crashed.
Presumably it's possible to force a "crash"- i.e. with task manager. Is TOAW III wise to this?

Ok, so, if I was to watch the .pbl log of the previous player's turn, then play a little, then reload it to get the information out of it that I wanted for my AAR that I'm doing, I'd be sending my opponent a reload message? Oooops... [8|]
