No, but by hitting Tab twice you can go to the tank commander's binocular view, which gives you a pretty good "you are there" feel. But ultimately you are in the role of a company/battalion commander.
And ... I think I know the answer from the screen shots BUT ... Can you rotate and zoom your world view? ... i think the answer is yes based on the views in the AAR from above.
