The scene from the recent Western film Appaloosa, where the character played by Ed Harris unexpectedly pistol-whips a bad guy and then dryly remarks: "Mr.Colt makes a heavy firearm"
Also this scene, from A Bridge Too Far:

It's almost like a Monty Python sketch!
"Was there anything else?"

Ray Kinsella: Hey...Dad? You wanna have a catch?
John Kinsella: I'd like that.
Plus a lot of other scenes in A Field of Dreams. Which is kind of weird because while I enjoy playing baseball, I can't stand watching it. In fact, I was hoping that if anything good could came out of this recession it would be the demise of MLB. Always on TV, seven months a year.
I also like the seen in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy where Ferrell et al are singing 'Afternoon Delight.' And a lot of other scenes from that movie too.
And from a film I watched recently
Meg Barclay: Is the radiation coming now?
From Special Bulletin. Interesting film about nuclear terrorism. You can see it on Google Video:

In honor of the recent death of this esteemed
actress, I must say that one of my favorite scenes of all times involved the pool table in this
movie . [:D]

ORIGINAL: Misconduct
Had a friend ask me today what my fav movie scene was, and first came to mind was John Belushi as Captain Wild Bill Kelso (P-40) pilot from the movie 1941, General Silwell says something along the line of "That is by far the craziest SOB I ever saw, I wonder how many more we got up there just like him".
Sorry just thought I'd bring up some memories, 1941 has to be a classic comedy thats entirely under rated.
Hands down has to be Carroll O'Connor in kellys hero's with his communications officer
Youtube link to the funniest scene of the movie (the old man was just on the line)………
