For those who might be curious (both of you [:D] ), the Dastardly Space Chickens are working on their evil conquest plans while Steve tours the NE corner of our country and I relax in the sun and drink both of our daily rum rations.  [:D]

Steve anticipates being home sometime around the end of next week, and that should give the Evil One's enough time to fuss over their opening moves.  I am a bit impatient to get the ball rolling, but I'm cheating with a fast paced Guad PBEM on the side.  [;)] 

I will admit I did have a thought about something I will likely do when I get to issue some orders the other day, but I had another rum and coke and now can't remember what it was. 

I'm buried in planning right now, and I have to seed the yard this weekend. Be happy if you get a turn Friday. Next weekend we'll do some serious Guad'ing.

Brother Brush Hat, I would expect next Friday, 10/1, to be the very earliest that Steve might be home.  There is no rush at all for you guys to get your ducks (chickens?) in a row. 

The BBM is keeping me occupied with a new Guad match, and next weekend would be very fun to turn out a couple of week's worth of Guad action in our game.  [8D]

Ah....good then. Let's plan to crank out a month if we can next Saturday. I'll get the laptop setup so I can watch football and crank turns at the same time.
