To what extent if any are the fronts overloaded? The arrival soon of the Voronezh Front will help.

Not very much. There are STAVKA armies here and there, and we are using the Moscow defense zone.

Turn 50, STAVKA ORDERS

OVERALL

Mud this turn, but beware that next turn will be clear!

NORTH

There are a couple of weak regiments on corners that you should be able to attack successfully even in mud.

CENTER

Nothing happening.

SOUTH

Reinforce your lines in preparation for next turns offensive. I have railed some STAVKA units to your front.

Stalin. Shaposhnikov.

Turn 53, STAVKA ORDERS

OVERALL

Mud this turn, but beware that next turn will be clear! They withdrew the Panzer Group near Tula, and now I have no idea where it is, which is uncomfortable to say the least. If the Germans have planned well and made a buildup, that can turn nasty. I have indicated some possible locations and attack directions on the map below. Plan to avoid encirclements.

NORTH

If you can beat up the weak Finns, do it, even though it is mud.

CENTER

Strengthening the Moscow defenses.

SOUTH

Brace yourself for whatever the Germans might be up to.

Stalin. Shaposhnikov.
