T15 5th Pz
The 5th Pz, 2nd Pz and 2nd ss Mot B are put under the commend of 40 pz corps, and they were just off train this turn, we could see that the 5th Pz division have MP reserved and it still have much fuel in stored.
The 40 Pz corps HQ is in position to do a HQ build up if needed.

Something is really bad with the game if the snake front line line, and turn-by-turn encircled army group stategy could be usefull.
The soviet winter is still unrealistic, but this type of action... brrrr...

T15 7th Pz division
There are 3 divisions under the commend of 56 Pz corps which frog jump to the front from the rear this turn, they didn't take part in the battle this turn, and have MP reserved, they are significantly under strength and didn't need as much fuel as before. Before they move to the attacking position for the assault next turn, they received air drop.

MK,
Callistrid is commenting that the type of advance you are successfully making (pushing forward like an arrow or snake) without regard to flanks or advancing a front demonstrates that the game mechanic is ridiculous. And as bad as the blizzard is, what you are doing (as allowed by the game) leaves him cold - that is, he is more put off by what you have accomplished than the winter blizzard.
Cheers,
Mark [:)]

Hi mktours.
No offense pal, but i'm a great ww2 fan, and it's hard to see a front line like what you post it.
Ok, it's a game, with his game mechanics, and rules.

Hi mktours,
I feel a little bit sorry for all the negative feedback your are receiving in this AAR and in other threads. There have been a lot of AARs lately where the Soviet player gets beaten badly due to fuel exploits, HQ buildups etc. However, you at least didn't change the moral settings in your favor like some other players did in the past. Lots of players object to the way you play the game. They say it's unhistorical, unrealistic and that your are just exploiting the loopholes of the game. But the real problem goes deeper. My impression is that you have found a way to take the other player completely out of the game. It looks like the game is unfolding according to your plan and any actions from the Soviet player are futile. The question then is why to play a game against a human opponent at all.
I myself am a mixture of a gamer and a history buff. When I see a game like this I don't feel disgusted. I just want to find a way to screw up your perfectly conceived plans. [:)] Whether that's possible or not is another question. I'd be more then willing to try.

Thanks Bozo,
indeed I am very upset by those negative feed back, I could say I am very indignant about them. I just didn't fight back. Real life is more deserve our time, isn't it.
In this game the SHC didn't react correctly, if saper 222 is in charge of the soviet side, I believe I would be defeated easily. I made many mistakes in this game as well, it is certainly not a perfect plan, just a good one, I suppose.
I believe many others would like the challenge, just like you did. Thank you.

I didn't take the opinions of those so called historians, I just didn't want to argue. I believe many others would like the challenge, just like you did. Thank you.
It doesn't matter what mistakes Marquo did or didn't do. It also doesn't take a historian to see that what you did, while ingenious, is completely unrealistic. Supporting that kind of advance, keeping units moving even after being cut off is absolutely ridiculous. You did great by figuring out something like this. But the fact that the engine allows this is painful to see.

I agree. Yet it is equally unrealistic for units to be reduced to a CV of 1 after being cut off. The Demjansk and Stalingrad pockets would never happen in this game.
