Short answer is no, you’ll incur more Axis air losses for little to no gain on D2+.

Thanks.
Based on the ADs that came with the latest beta and some adjustments like:
- loadout(small bombs)
- fuel tanks for fighters
- some expansion of AD boxes to cover more AFs
- some new AD boxes(tried to hit AFs around Polotsk but only 1 was attacked)
- removal of any recon
I got a pretty decent result for the first try.
Axis losses = 91
Soviet = 4232

has this setup changed with last few updates? ive followed this guide to a T, and still am losing 200+ airframes and pilots? can someone give me some help. evening running 2000 sorties still over 200+ losses in machine and manpower, ugh. next go round im going to do Airsuperiority missions 1st then airfield attacks.

There was an update while back which improved Soviet Fighter's interception chances IIRC.
...If I may give you an tip,....don't bother too much with T1 Air
...if this holds you from advancing at least, in the end you will most likely have plenty of planes in stock.
