AG Centre Turn 27
The 9th Armee is AG North southern anchor and its also covering AG Centre's northern flank, its stretched thin and its facing the massive forces in front of Moscow.
To support it I have a one Pz Korps with most of its armour broken down also in Regts from 3rd Pz Armee, not all that confident this will be enough.
Quite a number of enemy formations facing the rest of AG Centre, and its still only the third week of Dec, I am certain more enemy troops will arrive.
I have a bare minimum numbers of troops in immediate reserve which I hope will give me some reserve activation's to save the situation.

AG South Turn 27
Well the Romanian defences lines are in place, I am hoping they will not be needed.
Again its a case of the AI building up its forces while try to dig and get the rail line to the front as quick as I can to supply the troops.
Sevastopol is still locked down and the small patch of land in the Taman Peninsula seems solid at this time.

Supply Turn 27
Actually not bad this turn though I did little in the way of attacks so that helped.
Lets hope things continue in a upward movement.

Losses Turn 27
I took a lot AFV losses this turn of the few attacks I did make.
While the enemy took heavy losses in manpower.
There full casualty list is getting up near the 5 million mark.

Air losses Turn 27
Still high on both sides but the Russians can sustain these losses I cant.
Despite cancelling directives each week I still suffer.

OB Turn 27
Seems to be a lot of broken down Pz's I am down to under one thousand operational tanks.
The Russians continue to grow, very disheartening to view.

AG North Turn 28
Well still quite here with some of my troops not in contact with the enemy particularly 16th Armee, I could risk moving them out of there forts and push forward to gain just that little bit of ground.
I decide not too, better to leave them there.
The weather is still hitting hard and now is not the time to try begin building new forts.

AG Centre Turn 28
Launch a series of spoiling attacks again and had good results routing quite a few Russian units.
The Russians are massing Kaluga, orel and Kursk are under heavy pressure, with Orel at risk the most.
Last week of Dec, still have around 12 weeks of supply penalties.

AG South Turn 28
During the Russian turn they did push a few units back but overall its looking OK so far.
17th Armee and 1st Pz Armee are both worst for wear, trying to hold both Stalino and Taganrod.
The open terrain makes it tough.

Supply Turn 28
Supply is under what I need but not dire, still working feverishly to get as much rail up and running.
there is just not enough rail repair crews.

Losses Turn 28
Another bad week for my Pz force as I lose over 100.
I not certain these counter attacks in winter was the best idea.
The Russians can take these losses.

Air losses Turn 28
Well the air losses for me have been reduced somewhat, small comfort i guess.
Well cant go through whole without sufficient aircraft being destroyed.

AG North Turn 29
Still very much quite in and around the Leningrad area during there turn they launched some attacks which I managed to hold off .
I then did some counterattacking and pushed the odd unit here and there back.
Still waiting for the real hammer to fall.

AG Centre Turn 29
Well they hit hard in the centre pushing back quite a few of my troops.
I am barely hanging on at Kaluga and Orel, I don't know if I can hold them.
Reinforcements are arriving and have been sent to plug the gaps on the central front.

What is the reason to keep Romanians so far in the back?
You can use them to dig ground in 1 or 2 hexes back from a front
so when your divisions are forced to retreat- they are in a fortifications lvl 1. Or higher if you place FZ.
Or in this way you want to bring more supply to a German units?

AG South Turn 29
Heavy fighting around Stalino and with some units pushed back again.
Poltava is also under threat as they attack 6th Armee positions.
Attrition is really mounting up now.

Your right I could and just might have to soon, I find the Romanians to very brittle , you have to have at least 2 if not a 3 stack.
But there may not be much of choice soon 17th Armee is on the verge of collapsing so is 1st Pz Armee.
cheers

Losses Turn 29
I think this is the first I lost more Infantry than the enemy did.
Still there tank force continues to suffer, good to see the 88's are doing there job.
