Good Morning! It is cheesecake day at work. It is the day I bring in my famous cheesecake, made from scratch, by me, for work to enjoy! My Christmas gift to them is a wider waistband!

Thanks guys, I call it chocolate swirl turtle cheesecake. It is a standard cream cheese/ricotta cheesecake with some chocolate syrup swirled in right before putting it in the oven, then topping it with caramel (ice cream topping) and pecan pieces and drizzle on some more chocolate syrup after it has baked and cooled over about 24 hours. Really not hard to make, but takes a day or two to do everything and wait for things to cool/bake/get happy.
It isn't something you make on a whim, you need to plan a bit and make sure your Liberty ships are delivering as they should.[;)]
