One of our customers who is a farmer around here always says "Shut the Front Door! instead up STFU!
It is rather funny everytime, especially when he emphasizes the SHHHHUT.

I say different strokes for different folks insted of it is what it is.
I get my mother with that's what she said every once in a while, not so much anymore.
However...at the end of the day, it is rather over used. I guess, it is what it is..

Agree wholeheartedly with the first two.
One I hear from my Yankee colleagues all the time at work - well used to as they are ex-colleagues, what with me having got the push an' all in January - is:
