A Soviet bomber is cleared. And in the fourth round a German bomber is eliminated, and Germany aborts the fight.

I'll assume JP will take default lineup. If different just let me know since I'll probably have to save and load game a few times during this combat I can change it easily.

US spends 2 surp to increase a2a and 2 surp to decrease a2a resulting in -2/+2
