yes- Crappie. pronounced Craw pee....
Not how I'd have pronounced it
The martian's right. We're all grown ups here, right, and can appreciate that this fish happens to have a name akin to a perjorative descriptor for quality? Or do we still giggle that playground giggle when we hear about those tiny, cute little Dik-diks too?ORIGINAL: Mynok

Hey everybody. I'm beginning to think THIS thread is just to see how long it takes to make the longest thread in the history of the Matrix Games site. True?

Yeah, I still enjoy it too. [:D]
Back during the Elian Gonzales "incident" there was a themed version done to the sound track from this commercial. I wish it was still up on the internet. Maybe a youtube search of Elian Whazzzup will find it. [:)]

ETA: Pfft.....[:D]
ETA II: "...They are also nocturnal, so they avoid the heat of the day and any unnecessary water loss."
Seems sensible to me. A smart Dik-dik will avoid daytime exposure and come out at night.
ETA III: Even as a veterinarian, I have no experience with Dik-diks. This would be a question for someone with a very different specialty focus than I have, I'm afraid.
