Addicting ain't it. Nice little break from AE. Though if my other monitor was running I could do both.
Jeff is throwing me around like a wet gunny sack. Mine fields mean nothing in my defense.[X(] But of course you all know that.[;)]

Back home, I survived RIAT, Fairford '14. It was hot, sticky and sunny. Lots of people who seem to think they have more right to be there than the families and kids because they are 'serious' spotters[:@] Stupid levels of traffic and an annoying one way system through all the local villages. And I was airsick on the Lanc again after being given a seat with no windows and lots of fumes. Luckily I found my old 'ops' hat before I went, my old desert hat has been all over the world (and looks like it has) so it was good to get the faithful friend to RIAT [:D]


As some of you will be aware, things went almost exactly as I expected. The only interest was seeing exactly how things would be buggered up, so a big thanks to the BBMF aircrew for setting the bar at a high level and consistently striving to reach new heights. [8|]

Thanks guys! We had a referral via our agent for an apartment to sublet for the last month of their lease. It happens to be the same month (or less) that we will be waiting to close on the (new) new house. Wrote them a check on the spot last night, including estimated utilities and we already have a key. Things are falling into place! [8D]
