Trying to tech Small Child MkI to use his own cutlery   I never realised the surface area that a small pot of yoghurt could cover.  [X(]

Am supposed to get get some yoghurt for the dog. So went to Publix. Found some plain Greek Yoghurt, some Spanish cheese, Irish butter, wtfo with the cheap Cali wine list? Sorry, just got smacked up side the head.They don't drink wine in Alabama, or nothing that hits $15 a bottle. That's cool. I just forgot.

I don´t quite know what to say JWE. Do you listen to what you say? Honestly, you sound like a raging drunk to me. Just my opinion.

You´re placing the home on the internet and saying you can fight most the forum. But some you need to go to the closet. A weapon? What kind of person would post such a thing? I do not know. A drunk or someone unstable. I can´t think of any other type.

I don´t often join with Terminus but I´m going to in this. I join him in his expression of disbelief at some of the outrageous comments being made. Mynok has a bullet for my noggin because the world would be better off without ¨my type¨ and you JWE are challenging the forum to a fight.

To my fellow player Japan. I am sorry they ran you away. I understand why. You sound like a courageous humanitarian man. Not all the brave carry a gun. No matter where you are my gaming brother JAPAN! A land mine trail carrying food to a jungle village or crossing a heated desert in Africa with water to the thirsty. Ike99... You are a classic example of somebody who has learnt to spell, and construct whole sentences. But it would appear that you still need to learn what words mean, and are used for. That hopefully that will come to you later in life, when you grow up. [:D]

Long weekend is over......almost

I watched a lot of Pawn Stars this weekend. People find the strangest stuff....

I LURVE grilled corn on the cob.

Here's a recipe I picked when I was a semi-beach bum on the California beaches. Take corn with the husk still on, soak in salted water for a couple of hours, then put directly on the grill. No aluminum foil or anything. Water in the husk steams the corn and when it dries out it gets little grilled spots. Smells like grass when it's cooking and tastes like heaven - and summer in heaven to boot.

When done the husk comes right off, but becareful. Hot!

That is one I will try when there is corn still in the husk at the store. There was none today.

What a long day. Smoked a pork shoulder and made some baked beans...sort of a ritual here for Memorial Day now. You missed some good stuff, USS. Sorry our attempted get together didn't work out.

Did some repotting of plants I've started for my deer fodder..erm garden....Bloody hot and I'm still sweating like a JFB in '44. Had to mow as well with the unwelcome surprise of an irate cicada buzzing me for disturbing whatever it was it was doing. Those things are louder than my mower...and it was exactly one of them. [X(]

I believe it is time for a nice, cold G&T.
