Never not been tempted, Mike... My bank account doesn't share my feelings, though...
There is a house on sale at Dollerupvej 4, Tårnby Kristian, it has a pool and is very well looked after. (Solar energy/pads heats the pool water) Should be nice with the weather forcast for tomorrow. Ur in luck as u dont have to change the door plate, its alrdy Kristian. Only 3.6m, IIRC.
20 mins past midnight and still to hot to go to bed, jeesh thot i lived in Denmark.

Off season workouts to keep the skills fresh most Wednesday evenings. Regular team practices don't start for another 4 weeks or so.
