Hi all,

Yesterday I heard about terrible hot air balloon accident in NZ... 11 dead... [:(]

I wanted to ask Des about more info and then I remembered that he is no longer with us...

Leo "Apollo11"

Hadn't heard about that one yet, Leo. Seems like the Kiwis have been over represented in recent tragedies. Two earthquakes, now this...[:(] They only have 4 million people there...

I stayed up late with my wife, watching about 8 recorded episodes of Leverage last night.  Up to take my niece into work this morning, and back to sleep now.  [>:]

Bummer, after too much reading and writing, I think I'm waking up.  Time to make a pot of coffee and watch the recorded Hurricanes game from last night.  [:)]

Got my pot brewing right now, with my own ground beans, via a manual coffee grinder. Man, I can't wait! [:D]

Me too but it feels solid and it's pretty damned impressive.

I would probably drive it also. I mean it can't be as scary as driving on the left hand side of the road[:D]

Have any of you guys ever driven across the Oregon Inlet bridge to Hatteras Island? I have no idea how high it rises above the water and I am sure that it isn't all that high. But from 1966 to 1972 my parents owned VW microbuses and we regularly would visit Hatteras on summer vacation. The crosswinds would whip our bus all over the narrow two lane bridge and I can remember always worrying "we're going over the railing!" as a kid...
