It would! That's why I roll low only in naval searches and ground strikes. And sometimes during air to air combat [:D]

Look on the bright side. I might have rolled low on all those naval searches and ground strikes.

Can I use it in our other game as well?

Germany rebases fighter from northern Spain and 2 new naval bombers from Germany to southern Spain.

Japan rebases Ki-51 and B5N1 close to Changsha.

Germany sends Ju52 to reorganize 1 point of artillery close to Gibraltar. Does CW want to intercept? Axis have 4 fighters in range.
