Operation Hail Mary has to be cancelled due to lack of troops and ships. We will instead launch Operation Rudolf.

The troops have started to arrive off the ships. As ordered officers and NCOs were the first ones to assemble, in case the Kido Butai managed to sink the transports we will still have out officers to rebuild the unit around. The Kido Butai is so sure of themselves that they have in fact entered the harbour and is taking out our transports one by one.

Today our bombers felt confident enough in their fighter cover to launch against the Kido Butai. Unfortunately the torpedoes that were launched did not manage to score any hits, but it should nevertheless show the Japanese that they need to be more careful with their carriers. Our losses were 5 Beaufaurts IX's and 4 Brewster fighters.
