Bad weather hampers movement everywhere... Gladly the good weather will return soon.

Continue to move naval and air forces to the north.  In the summer season, expect the fight to spread to several islands.

Turn sent.  Successful capture of a town from Juergen.  Caught 4 fighters and a divebomber in there.  Made a force in recon attack on a makeshift port of his.  AD and I are fighting on the island of "Denn".  I pushed back another division of his with losses on both sides.  He appears to be committig sizeable forces to the area.  He has a 4-5 stack of ships coming my way.  ...come closer said the "spider to the fly". [;)] 
  There may be some large air attacks with clear weather.

Sent on. Arditi, I will only accept peace if War Academy is handed over. And trust me I am not scared by your small forces. I am not sure why you insist on wasting ressources and making yourself an enemy, but be my guest.

Things are shakin' up. Interesting.

Televised view of Arditi at his "New Island" resort. He is cavorting, in the waters off the isle of "Denn", with a member of his superdelicious army. One can see Archduke sailing, just off the coast, with his rubber floaty wishing he had a nice resort city like this one. Notice his army of kittens waiting to unload.[;)]

Turn to Russ.
 
In the North, I traded about a dozen fighters with Seille and was able to inflict about 60 rifle casualties due to the capture of an island town.  I landed an invasion against a southern city and should threaten it in the next turn of two.
 
In the South, George's move was not too surprising.  Looks like a re-do of the previous game (except Russ is pushing back Seille and George is attacking me).  I was able to sink a bunch of subs and cargo ships lurking near the north.  George landed a bunch of weak infantry units that I should scoop up next turn.   He also struck a bunch of villages with air attacks.  I am waiting to see where his main thrust develops. 
 
 

Doing turn now.

  Very interesting turn!  Archduke bombards my coastal city with ships.  He attempts to dislodge my fanatical troops, on Denn, through some air attacks.  He landed two divisions which I weakened through ground attacks, but he stood firm.  I bombed one of his towns with fighters.  A nice little operational sea war is developing there.
  I took a seaport from Juergen..he vacated it.  He has one more small village on my continent and is delaying my advance with small units to slow me down.  Fought an air battle over a town of his.  Destroyed roughly 20 fighters and one dive bomber with 11-12 fighter losses of my own overall.  I sank 4 of his cruisers, but lost a battleship and a cruiser II of my own.  Parity in that sea attack, but I retained the waterway.  A lot of pressure is being put on Juergen.  Let's see if George's attack reduces that pressure.

12 planes overrun on ground, massive AS losses. War Academy begins to become a debacle and added to that the Sea Raiders try to ensure tensions between the Berbers and the Vikings.

Again not a good turn for me. The pressure is high. I lost control over another beachhead after a last failed attack.
After the high losses of the last turns i wasn´t able to do much. Sunk a couple of subs.
Trying to replace my losses.

It's not fun losing 12 planes.  Foolhardy of me to put them on the frontlines like that.  They will be avenged!![:'(]

Continue to move towards his peripheral villages which are more heavily defended than anticipated. Nevertheless, my air force comes into play now and the pendulum is now swinging in favor of my forces.

Just got home from work.  I have the turn and will play it after dinner.  Mexican food![:)]
