How do you look things in your world at this point?
A) Who do you forsee as the force to be reconed with.
B) You mentioned all is quite. Is there a nation who looks (in your opinion) likely to start the next war?
Well these are semi educated guesses at best, but;
A) Austria, Spain and Preussia
B) Hard to say, but I would guess Britain. Britain needs something to happen if they want to win, but if all is quiet for about a year or so, this changes into FRANCE

Turn 123
Nothing happend this turn, and nothing was being built as I save the cash for another cavalry division which will be formed next turn. I also forgot to take a screenshot, but since nothing happened, you lost nothing of importance anyway.

Turn 124
Another turn passes without anything happening except that those pesky Swedes are plundering my merchants bringing wine into England. All our frigates are placed in the same fleet and sent out to hunt.
We order the construction of a court (from lvl 4 to lvl 5) and that is about it. Next turn we will be able (unless I miscalculated) we will order the construction of a heavy artillery division.
We finish off by looking at our troops, and we are slowly starting to fill up our divisions, but we are still far from where we want to be before attacking anyone.

Unless you are short the horses I would build Horse Arty rather than Heavy Artillery as the Heavy Art has a 20 initiative and slows the entire container down to that crappy speed.

good advice, and I actually did not think about that.
Cheers!

Turn 125
Atleast SOMETHING happens this turn, in that we manage to sink two Swedish privateers in the Channel. We also order the formation of a Horse Artillery Division (thanks to Mus for pointing out the drawback of Heavy Artillery!). That is about all we can afford as our income of labour is too low for my liking, but there is nothing we can do about that.
Since we lost our best general, our national morale is only building up very slowly, this is a big concern right now.

The world at peace. The "utopia" many have desired is being realised, World Peace! Can it be maintained? Some of us on the side lines are cheering for treachery, blood, guts, world domination.[:)]

Turn 126
Although it is another quiet turn, there are some good news. ALL our provinces now have a level 5 court, that means we can conquer alot of territory and not having to fear waste.
We also note that it seems like Spain is not going to fight for our old provinces if/when we go to war, as there is still no garrison troops in those provinces.

Turn 127
One Artillery division is formed, and our main army now has all the divisions it is supposed to have. We order one Cavalry Division this turn and build nothing more. We do however apreciate the fact that we finished a barrack, a bank and a farm this turn. More food and money is always nice.
We also upgrade our Cavarly Divisions with "Quality Horses", this way we can atleast outride the Dons when the time comes.
One thing is giving me a headache though...The diplomatic relations between the European nations;

What are your armies looking like at this point? Mind posting a couple OOB screenshots and talk about how you plan to expand in the future? The shots I have seen show you nowhere near your mob limit.

Turn 128
One bank, one farm and one barracks is completed, no new construction orders are given as we save our money for another Cavalry Division.
One important thing happens today;

Turn 129
A farm is completed, and we order the expansion of one of our banks. We also order the formation of yet another artillery division. Apart from that nothing happens, noone is waging war, noone is conducting piracy...Nothing at all. France would have liked to see the Germanic states go at eachother but that does not seem likely.
We finish of by studying our means of destruction as per Mus' request;

Turn 130
So, another barrack is completed, however it is in the navy we get to spend some upgrade points. We go for "Naval Guns" which gives a boost to our naval attacks. This is not really something I care about, as my enemy is Spain and not Britain, but atleast I get to say "Hey look at my shiny new guns" [:D]
We do not order anything produced this turn, instead we plan to order a new Cavalry division next time around. I also noted something that is a concern, every turn I produce enough food to get a population increase in two provinces, yet my armies' need for reinforcements also drain the population in two provinces. Not good!

Turn 131
Europe remains calm, nothing happening anywhere. We finish the construction of a farm, and order a new one built, we also order the formation of a cavalry division. We now have two artillery divisions and two cavalry divisions forming.
We look at our armies, and are happy to see that their strength is soon at max.

Do you still have 2 horse artillery under construction? Where will that artillery be sent within your OOB? And will Hoche's corps receive another cavalry division? Also whats the current glory ratings of the nations?

2 normal artillery units are being built, each of the two corps in Armee du Center will recieve 2 artillery pieces. Hoche's corps will be filled with cavalery (7 divs in total).
I am not too sure about the actual standingd, I will post that for next turn (I know Austria is #1, I am #7 and Russia #8).
