Yes I have. I had trouble last year with it also! I sent an email to Slitherene support. They replied that they would re-send to my RoadRunner address. Nothing yet?

Yep, my anniversary is today, so if it's like last year I'll have the coupon tomorrow. Ditto on Battlestar Galactica Deadlock!

The date on my account is 2004. I've never received a coupon, despite many purchases over the years. My account confirms that I've never received one. Can I find out the reason somewhere?

Your account can only confirm that you have never redeemed a coupon. An email is sent to you with a link to click in order to redeem the coupon. Only then you can see the coupon displayed in your account.
Check your email and your spam box. Anyway, I've checked your anniversary and it's in 8th July, so any email that it was sent with the link, is not valid any longer.
You have 30 days to redeem the coupon after receiving the email with the link.
So next year (around the 8th July), please check your email box for the coupon.

The coupons are only valid for 30 days after they have been redeemed by you.

I checked my old 'registration' email, and had a coupon for my 15 years...way out of date. Oh well.

I received my anniversary coupon on 6/15/18, i just tried to use it to buy Gladius and it said coupon code not found. There good for 30 days....right, i'm still a few days under 30 days.

How it Works

On the Anniversary of the date you register with us you'll get your coupon! This date will be either the date you set up your forum account on Slitherine or Matrix, or the date you registered your first game with us. If you play any PBEM++ games, it could be the first time you logged in to multiplayer, as this automatically registers your serials.
On the Anniversary you'll receive a mail that links you to the coupon generator which is built in to the samelogin.slitherine.com system.

Silly question....

I've seen some posts about people who get their coupon after the Christmas sale starts combining it with the sale discount for some really good deals. Obviously this only benefits part of the user base.

Is it possible to do something like make all anniversary coupons come out December 1 so everyone can take advantage of this deal?
