Trying to imagine a bunch of kids, soaking wet, cold, and seasick, on a cold windy blowing day with the tide even further out trying to run across this expanse in the face of multiple heavy weapons emplacements and all kinds of automatic weapons fire against an organized and determined opponent...

I've been on the HMS Belfast in 2013 - with a bunch of guys that were not really interested in WWII, and to my surprise they enjoyed the tour quite a lot, and the only women in the group actually sat in the captains chair for a while [&o]

If you visit London, HMS Belfast is one of the MUST SEE things!
