Isn't a better British unit available to move out of France into Brussels? If so, I would prefer that one, since I think Brussels should have the best defense possible available to the British. Get the high possible combat factors in that city...

Naval move:
France sends TRS to CVB and picks up Dakar MIL.
USSR sends TRS to Black Sea and picks up INF from Sevastopol.

No bombing missions.

USSR rails INF from Penza to Sevastopol.
France rails 5-3 INF from Nice to same hex with HQ Georges in north.

Land move:
France swaps hexes in Italian border with MTN and 3-3 INF. MOT div from SW of Lyons moves to 2 hexes north of Lyons.

USSR: GAR in Bulgaria moves one hex NW.
In china Communist Chinese moves 4-2 MIL to hex NW of Chengchow and 5-3 INF moves one hex east.

Air Transport:
USSR TB-3 picks up INF div and fly to Bulgaria, same hex with INF and GAR in north. TB-3 returns to Odessa.

Debark:
USSR debarks INF to Burgas in Bulgaria.

Rebase:
France rebases FTR3 to SW of Metz and FTR2 to 61,30 (2 hexes SW of Lyons). Looks like Axis are going to port strike Marseilles.
USSR rebases Pe-2 in Bulgaria to same hex with ENG.

CW also has MOT ART in UK. That would be also nice thing to see in Belgium, but I'm not sure what Italians are doing and should CW send fleet to West Med.

MOT Art is currently part of UK garrison and also in place to cover the fall-back position of Calais. London MIL can certainly be brought in, with the MECH on standby. I'd rather keep this uncommitted as a reserve for as long as possible to see what the Italians are up to. Manchester MIL and the Garr unit are other options to bring in.

I think I would put the MOT ART into Belgium if you can. It's nice to get three units into Brussels. But with only one TRS available: that is a wish for next turn, I believe...

Send in the MECH. Waiting for Italian activity is not a good idea. The defense of the Russian steppes starts in Flanders...

CW has 2 TRS, one in France and other in Gibralrar.

How nice. If you can move them both and get two units in Antwerp, that would be very, very good. The MOT ART can provide additional support to another German attack on Brussels. How very nice...

But no gambling with the Kriegsmarine however. Make sure those TRS stay intact. It's very hard for the CW if you lose one of those...

Until Germany uses the offensive on cracking the Dyle River. But that's what you want anyway. Losses to CW land units aren't that important, for as long as you produce cheap infantry (not TERR) to replace them.

I'm planning to take pilot away from French CVP. US can take CV next turn end so that Italy does not get it if they roll well.

Sounds good. If you get a chance for naval moves, the CV might be a good one to move to somewhere a bit safer. Not sure whether the US will keep it as a CV or exchange for a TRANS.

I hope I can take naval and send all ships to seas to take losses if Italian navy comes to fight.

About Chinese builds... Not much Nationalist can build except HQ. I think you should build it to slow down Japs.

I think CW can drop their help down to 3 res (1 oil). France will build this turn GAR, INF and FTR2 saving 1 BP. Next turn they build remaining 3x MIL, any destroyed units that come back fast and maybe FTR2.

Let's see what is situation after next turn, maybe France starts to send BP's to UK.
