Is your flux capacitor spinning up 43 Megajoules / second? Did you upgrade your flomp combobulator? And you ARE running DirectX 43.7.1 in a partitioned drive, aren't you?

ETA: I've got no ****ing idea how to get Tracker working. I've tried unsuccessfully a couple times to get it to cooperate and have managed to live without.

Make sure you confirm the shields are down before you go there. Admiral Akbar tends to jump the gun on sending in the troops.
