Offensively it was ok. But defensively it was bad. The two goals allowed hurt to see. Was the defenders sleeping standing up?
What's your Strategy?

hi there, sorry... i didn't read the whole thread (mea culpa),
but could someone be so kind and tell me how to play footie16 (football manager 16) with database updates and player image updates?
i want to do a 'historical' roleplay - if that's possible...
i know how to download, install, and play with them updates BUT does someone just starting out with FM16 (eg. ME!, i bought 14 and 15, too but still a bloody noob) install all the latest updates(eg. transfer updates) and start playing the season(in fact, last season) with all the new stuff and players or do i start from the 'beginning' and install the transfers and database updates when they're due?
is this a simple question?!
cheers everyone!
chem!

1-2 at Stamford feels rather good. Now they have me believeing again, but ofc I will end up disappointed at the end of the season...

Well of course it depends what you are expecting. If you are expecting the league title then disappointment is most likely. But if you are expecting a Champions League spot and perhaps a good cup run or two, then I think you have a good chance of NOT being disappointed. I really like Klopp - he's a breath of fresh air - and I think he will do a really good job.
Its interesting this season. I think Man City will walk away with it, but who will finish in the top 4?
Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton 5 into 3 won't go.
Don't write off Everton I think Koeman is going to be top drawer. And remember what I said early this summer about Mourinho......

"White Hart Lane redevelopment caters for American football
We welcome co-operation with the NFL and a dedicated team, says Levy
Tottenham’s chairman Daniel Levy hopes a London NFL franchise will one day take up a permanent home at the Premier League club’s new stadium.
The area around White Hart Lane is in the process of extensive redevelopment as Spurs build a new 61,000-seat venue – part of the Northumberland Development Project – which is set to include facilities for American football such as a retractable grass pitch with a synthetic playing surface. A 10-year partnership is already in place which will see two NFL matches a year hosted at their new home, which is scheduled to open for the start of the 2018-19 season."

There was additional activities to get our senior members, or fans, to the match as well.

It was a lovely idea! I hope we see that take off elsewhere.

"Manchester United want José Mourinho to stay beyond three-year contract"
I hope they can contain the mob [fans & pissed players] trying to torch Old Trafford and the Mighty Parked Bus much before this date... I´m lying... I hope they can't.
