The resulting strikes are mostly disappointing as a vast quantity of ordnance splashes harmlessly into the sea.

After failed ground strikes I had 0,9% chance to take Gibraltar, assuming def HQ support fails, CW does not use bombers (or fails trying) and only uses shore bombardment.
