So, Taiwan is still sounding alarms whenever PLAN is passing through the strait, then why they only scramble the aircraft carrier and not the other warships?

Naval fleet passing through the Strait will usually trigger some alarming news, and playing victim cards to themselves. This time however, China doesn't even feel her concern (or bluff, given by their current relationship) from Japan at all. PLAN isn't the first time to sent a fleet across Japan by passed through Tsugaru strait, yet Japan treat it as serious as any kinds of sea border intrusions. It's indeed however, 'innocent passage' is a very ambiguous word game for every navies in the world.

Bravo to the UK ... let's see if their parliamentary system can keep funding so the carrier remains a credible force in European waters for decades. I have my doubts re: funding long term. But today all NATO members can raise a pint in thanks.

Some more information on the Type 055's radar suite, specifically the much improved Type 346B AESA.
Basically the PLAN analyst says that the Qualitative Gap between the USN has been overcome - now the gap is "merely" quantitative, which is why the 055 and future versions must be produced in the "Dumpling"-style (aka. like sausages).
http://mil.huanqiu.com/observation/2017 ... 32577.html
055所配备的先进相控阵雷达直径本身比052系列所用346A型雷达4.3米的直径还大 = The Type 055 is equipped with advanced active phased array radar with a larger diameter than the Type 346A radar used onboard the 052 series. The diameter is larger than 4.3m meter (of the Type 346A).
发射接收单元也是最新的氮化镓材料 = the transmitter and receiver unit (T/R unit) is also using the latest gallium nitride material. Coincidentially, there has also been a poster leaked from an internal arms exhibition about GaN T/R chips.

If China and India cannot settle with this deep feud like in this news' comment section, the bigger and potentially lethal kind of dispute will set off again like in 1962:

Also rumored China is launched army drill at Tibet region, as an answer to the dispute. However, tanks deployment is questionable because of the very high altitude and steep surfaces:

Few days ago the Liaoning open day will not allow any kind of photograph devices to be on board with. But now it seems like those visitors could do what they wants with phones inside the hangar. The thing is, it's not yet to confirm if the video is secretly taken with a pinhole camera because of the intense shaking and poor quality:

There it is. Hongjian, I used the source you linked for the GaN part [;)]
Analysis: Sensor and Electronic Warfare Suites Aboard China's Type 055 Destroyer
While official Chinese media have been quite reactive and open with the launched of the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN or Chinese Navy) first Type 055 Destroyer (they did publish official images of the ceremony just two hours after it took place), details on the specifications of the ship, especially its sensor suite, are still scarce. But with plenty of imagery of Type 055 sensors now available, Navy Recognition contacted two retired French Navy officers (a former frigate commander and a former electronic warfare specialist) in order to try and learn more about the PLAN's latest surface combatant's sensors.

Wow, reco, you are gaining influence with French military officials, even with all the guess speeches.
So, what does it mean in comparison to 346A and 346B? A marginal increase of size and suspecting use of GaN-based modules is surely an improvement, but by how much? Like ADMR gives roughly 300nm of range with 30x more of total unit tracking ability. 346A on the other hand only being referred as an AESA version of SPY-1D, nearly exact specification with slightly more robust anti-jamming.

While it sounds like a bright vista of human future when 120 countries voted no for nukes, 5 major players of nuclear arsenals are not participated at all. It mean very little to the world because those nations gives up on nukes are barely have a handfuls of them:

Thank you very much.
Those large arrays that are two-per-side really are strange. Have there ever been such large ECM-jammers on naval ships?
Something tells me, if they indeed are, they are directly lifted from the Y-9G ECM plane...

To be disappointedly say, no, I searched on Google straight up 2 hours and nothing like this to be seen. Heck, the Chinese-copy mindset couldn't even help me get anywhere about it.
Those fixed directional ECM (sensor?) panels are one of the most bizarre and least expected design I've ever seen. Might have a better clue if front and rear has one of these, but they aren't.

Well, I'm still kinda holding out for them being VSR (no matter which band), as the recent pictures show that the 055 has returned to the berth and has some stuff removed again (like decoy launchers) and new stuff added (like some shield-like thing on the hangar superstructure). Its definitely not the end of it.
on a related note, it seems like the PLAN has changed the designation for the 130mm main guns: Type 055 gets the H/PJ-45 and 052D gets the H/PJ-45A.
From the HongKong Open Day: As one can see; the 45A has muzzle break and muzzle speed radar, as well as a different housing. The 055's 45 has none of such, but a more slanted and stealthier looking housing. Wonder why.

The radar and muzzle break could be just missing from still-constructing state, it's too early to tell.
The budging part is too difficult to confirm if that's true, like this picture that covered the CIWS has a slight angle at the top of the gun, but looks carefully, it could be just the back of the gun:
As for the destination, my speculation is the 055's PJ-45 is actually the original design, because the ship is vastly bigger and more structurally sound for a proper size of turret ring to mount with. 052D's PJ-45A however could be a compromised variant, with the original 100mm turret ring from 052C to place a bigger gun, lots of things has to consider.
If that's true, the reason of muzzle break can be explainable: to damper few shocks away from the turret because 130mm is a very hot round.
