Lots of action today. For some reason, he comes raiding with his CVs
again off Port Moresby. He does manage to sink 4-5 empty APs and AKs, but again he is putting his CVs in harms way for no apparent reason, and again he is trading CV pilots for my Army pilots. Well, if he wants it that way, who am I to argue? Im sending some Bettys to Milne Bay to see if I can score a lucky hit or not.
My leaking CAP from Mandalay once again spilled over to the small airfield next to the base. This time it cost me 20 Oscars shot down. Im pulling all my fighters back to Rangoon now. Partly because I dont want this to happen again, partly because I need to have some aircover for my large Akyab-convoy that is gathering at Singapore.
