You are doing very well. 4.6 million dead Soviets is not very much, 1.4 million dead Germans is harder to replace. You could not have stopped the fall of Leningrad, but it is good that you hold Moscow and are advancing in the south. Next summer will be the crunch time, have you rescued enough production to win the war?
You do not want to re-take territory. Territory is not your primary objective this winter. Your primary objective is a big pile of dead bodies, preferably dead German bodies. Also a lot of destroyed tanks and smashed planes. If both sides take crippling casualties, only the Soviets can replace those casualties, the Germans cannot. 32,000 German casualties is good in a turn but what can you do to increase it? Perhaps you need to start getting more artillery (support units then start building divisions) into the front line areas, that over time will cause the German casualties number to creep upwards.
Do not worry about your armaments pool being zero, let it stay that way. As long as that pool is being used to fit out squads and build big guns that go to the battlefield, it is fine for you that you have nothing in the pool.
Your vehicle pool is high, that is good. Try to preserve it through 1942, make sure you don't lose too many armoured and motorised units in pockets.

Tank brigades are not very punchy; you may want rifle divisions up front as your main attackers. Of course this will mean getting the tanks units to guards status will be slower....it's a trade off.
Is Koniev alive? He has a high enough rank to take command of a Front, though he'll lose 1 point in some ratings if he does that.

Looks to me like you are doing well. Combat loss ratios reasonable + he is losing lots from attrition too.
I would be very happy in your position. Keep at it. I would save APs for tank corps in April. Even though they are useless for quite a long time they build up and movement points can be very useful to rescue pockets. I would also convert brigdes to divisions when you can (no AP cost) + buy artillery support units too. You need to go for quality as large numbers of weak units will be cannon fodder and a waste of APs.
Then grind him to death when he attacks.
