Was kind of looking forward to beta testing. I've been putting time aside for it, but if it's all done and dusted, then I guess I can get started with other things that are important to me.

Hmm...where did you see this? I don't see any product page yet.

Sorry, to my knowledge it's not even started yet . . . this is actually what I'm expecting Erik's announcement to be (Beta start).

Where did I say beta testing was done?

If you are on the beta team, you should get your first look next week.

You didn't. That's why I was asking. I've asked about this a couple of times now as well as another poster. I figured that, if a product page was coming soon, then there would be screenshots and therefore, the beta testing would be finished and a release imminent.

Sorry if I got it all wrong. I'm just working with what information I have.

Sorry about that, I guess I missed those posts. The product page and screenshots are not dependent on beta testing. Those were mainly waiting on my time and some of the new art. We have been doing alpha testing internally, but the beta test should be starting very, very soon. There is a lot that still needs beta testing for balance and to make sure all the new combinations of things work. The faction-specific stuff and the character system should keep testers busy on their own.

I guess I missed those posts.

Completely understandable, considering you've been out of it for a few days. Glad you're doing better. These things can take a while to recover from even after you're feeling all clear. Tiredness etc.

I'll definately be signing up for the beta testing team, if you'll have me! Though if I'm honest, I'm more interested in testing the modding capabilities than the new features![;)]

After giving the issue some more thought, I'll join the beta team too. I have real-life stuff to do, but not that much that I couldn't put 2-4 hours to DW:Legends beta every day. Can't wait!

I'd love to join the beta too, and immediately come with angry feedback regarding why my Ketarov space captains can't have soviet uniforms! [:@]
(and actual useful feedback regarding the UI, one part of games that I feel is very important)

It's a game that does not suit my tastes and they have bundled it's many incarnations into one horrifying amalgam to efficiently inflict it upon the public. They just recently put it up like yesterday or the day before.
