Noumea/Suva

Both areas will be in NJP's control for a while. I have troops training for Suva, Nadi and Noumea. The plan in this area is to develop Pago Pago and move slowly west developing necessary islands to help with air support when attacking Suva. It will also force him to keep AF here to defend the island.

An AK at Trincomlee takes a torpedo and some surface fire due to being unescorted.

I try to sneak in some light cruisers for a raid and meet a larger force. Things go better than could be expected.

I sweep Trincomlee and manage to kill quite a few planes. NJP lost 25 Oscars on the day and 41 planes total. If only that could consistently continue...

I make a really stupid move in the Pacific and hand NJP a bunch of Allied surface ships plus quite a few small AP's and a lot of heavy equipment from an infantry and engineer squad. I have no excuse for this, I knew he had me lit up for 2 turns and was hoping I had just one more day... It didnt happen.

None of the troops died and the equipment can be replaced and hopefully I have enough troops at Norfolk island that he does not attempt to take it. I will form an air bridge with the other island and ferry troops and supplies so that I can get Noumea under surveillance.
