This is the scenario... Chittagong besieging troops are perpetually out of supply... while being bombarded turn after turn by pretty much every Allied artillery piece in India
meanwhile there is significant supply excess at Cox's Bazaar... 3 hexes away and connected by road
is there something I am doing wrong? any trick I can use to move supply?
otherwise I am thinking about lifting the siege, as it will be pointless to attack with no supply

Moving on to happier news; Akyab "trapped" enemy is already low on supply and already doomed
