TB-3 from Odessa and Pe-8 from Sevastopol ground strikes Sofia and both planes lands to Odessa.

USSR rails CAV from Ulan-Ude to Blagovyeshchensk. That was a hard one to type.

After that I will move about half of French units. See picture how I plan to move them. French line will be quite good. I think Germany is trying to attack Brussels again.

Yes. But they have too many fighters + AA gun so that there is no reason to try flip their stacks.

CW can sail ART directly to Antwerp and have a go at the stack that could attack either Antwerp or Brussels. If I move Gort to Calias, I can reorg the TRANS in case of overrun if Antwerp falls.

Alternative is to sail it to Calais and put it in Brussels.

And next impulse take naval action and reorg TRS by ATR, is that even possible?

Much along the lines I was thinking. With a naval, the reorg cost of the TRANS is 1 point. There would just be the ticklish matter of Luftwaffe intercepts but we'll see.

I'm wondering whether to try and groundstrike Rotterdam with the Boston, escorted by Spitfire. It will likely draw up and commit some fighters.

You need to send more FTR's into Belgium as the CW now. I would have saved the Boston and the FTR for ground support at Brussels. Three extra defensive points is a lot for the Belgian army there, considering that the Germans have to attack across the river (all are halved), makes it in effect 6 extra combat factors. The same goes for the ART, especially since this unit now gives an attack on Antwerp an extra +1 to the Axis because it is disorganised...

It is usually better for the defender to use aircraft and ART in ground support as compared to ground strikes...

Can CW reorg ART by HQ?

Gort will reorganise the 4.5's and the Hurricanes will rebase to Belgium. The P-40's can cover from the UK.

The ground strikes were unlucky to only get the result they did. Any more German units disorganised and the attack on that sector would be stalled for an impulse and need the Germans to use an HQ to reorganise them, which starts limiting their flexibility. As it is, the attack is down 16 factors (assuming an O-chit was imminent).

You could equally hold the units back for ground support only for the Axis to roll high and take the hex anyway.

As far as I know, it's just another land unit.

Be careful about that Belgian MIL sitting there by itself...if they take Brussels, on the next impulse it can be over-run easily...pair it up with something...but make getting a third unit into Brussels top priority.

Gort is disorganized, it was used for ART. But if you have TRS somewhere close you can bring MECH to Belgium. CW should bring as much land units as possible, Germany can't attack UK before taking France.

TRANS is standing by with MECH.
